To give you a proper quote rather than a ballpark, it helps to know a few things up front:
- What service are you looking for? Telephony, IT support, connectivity, or a combination
- How many users or handsets? A rough number is fine to start
- Current setup? Anything existing we need to work around, migrate from, or integrate with
- Timeline? Moving office next month is very different to "just exploring"
Don't worry about having every detail — we'll work through it together on the call. The more you can share up front, the faster we can come back with something useful.
